Mara Rae Neufeld Rivera is a senior human resources strategist and business partner with a deep passion for helping organizations build best-in-class workplace cultures. Over her 20+ year career, Mara has held leadership positions in a breadth of company structures ranging from multi-billion dollar global and publicly-traded enterprises to not-for-profits, private organizations, ESOPs, and small firms. She has helped establish best practices in a variety of industries including luxury consumer goods, professional services, biotech, general contracting and design-build services, consulting, manufacturing, arts, and entertainment. As a true generalist, Mara partners with the c-suite to advise on all disciplines of HR ranging from the operational (policy, compliance, and systems) to the strategic (culture, talent, and performance design). She is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), holds a Master of Science degree in HR Management from Milano Graduate School of International Affairs at The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Queens College, City University of New York. Born and raised in NYC, Mara relocated to the Upper Valley of New Hampshire in 2007 where she and her husband raise their wonderful daughter, and care for their beloved, rescued two dogs and a cat.
